Our events are strictly entertainment-focused. All chips used during our social table activities are purely symbolic and carry no monetary value. They are provided solely to support the structure, flow and storytelling of the evening.
Social table experiences, including our poker-inspired evenings and event flow formats, are guided by experienced hosts to ensure a safe, inclusive and lively atmosphere for all guests, regardless of experience level, group size or familiarity with card-led social activities.
By participating, you agree to follow the directions of our hosts and staff, to respect other guests, and to engage with the table activities in a cooperative and good-spirited way.
All event attendees must be at least 18 years of age. This age requirement applies to all Night Stack Supper experiences, including supper events, group nights and corporate after-hours gatherings.
Valid photographic identification may be requested at the event venue prior to entry or at any time during the evening to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide acceptable identification when requested may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event, without any obligation on us or the venue to offer a replacement experience.
Reservations for group bookings, private celebrations, or corporate after-hours gatherings must be confirmed via our official channels, including the Contact Us page or any booking process clearly communicated by our team.
Details such as group size, preferred dates, location preferences and event format will be agreed with you in writing prior to confirmation. We may place reasonable limits on capacity to support the quality, safety and atmosphere of the evening.
We reserve the right to modify, relocate or reschedule events due to venue availability, health and safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to find an alternative date or format that preserves the spirit of your planned night event.
Night Stack Supper is built around a respectful, vibrant and inclusive environment. We expect all guests, hosts, suppliers and venue partners to contribute to an atmosphere that is welcoming and enjoyable.
Any form of disruptive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, discrimination or conduct that places others at risk, will not be tolerated. Our hosts, staff and venue security may intervene and, where necessary, remove individuals or groups from the event at their discretion.
Alcohol consumption policies are governed by each venue’s licence and local regulations. Guests must follow all instructions from venue staff regarding service of alcohol, responsible consumption and safe behaviour throughout the night.
Our events do not permit any form of real-stakes play or monetary exchange relating to game activities. Chips, prizes, and table formats used at our gatherings are strictly for social entertainment and shared enjoyment.
Guests must not introduce any form of real-stakes arrangement to our social tables, whether between friends, colleagues or other guests. Hosts are empowered to stop or adjust any activity that appears to conflict with our entertainment-only stance.
This commitment applies across all experiences, including poker-inspired evenings, supper experiences, group bookings and corporate nights.
All content featured on this website and within our event materials, including but not limited to branding, event concepts, table formats, visual design, photography, copy, and presentation structure, is the exclusive property of Night Stack Supper or our licensors.
